"It must be some unknown prehistoric species," Stephen said, following tracks.

"Or alien," Connor suggested.

When both Nick and Stephen rolled their eyes Connor added: "We're not alone."

"Yeah, the truth is out there," Stephen smirked. "This doesn't look like little green men."

"Grey. You said green men. A Reticulan's skin tone is actually grey. They're notorious for their extraction of terrestrial human livers. Due to iron depletion in the Reticulan galaxy."

Nick thought this was enough. He  had watched The X-files too and said resolutely, quoting Scully, the scientist: "Maybe you're just seeing what you want to see."
