Ryan rolled his eyes towards his partner and lover. "What? Did you lose your car key again?"

"I never lose anything. Misplace something, at the most."

More eye rolling followed.

"Right. Do you remember that time you lost your mobile phone?"

"Misplaced."

"In the Permian," Ryan smirked. "What would archeologists have thought if they'd found it."

"I found it, didn't I?"

"Ha, so you admit you lost it."

"Yes!" Stephen beamed.

Ryan was confused. His lover never admitted his defeat so eagerly.

Stephen pushed him towards the door opening, kissed him and pointed towards the mistletoe.
