Amongst the tasks of the UK Special Forces were Unconventional warfare, Capture of subjects of interest and Close protection.

Becker and Ryan had lots of experience with these tasks.

But chasing primeval predators, shooting them with Electro Muscular Disruption weapons, and trying to protect the innocent, but above all ignorant public was new to them.

The only task that hadn't changed was Close protection.

The close contact whilst one saving the other soon resulted in more physical contact between them though.

Hugging.

Kissing.

Shagging.

But, most of all, sleeping together, limbs entwined.

Yes, Close protection was also needed at night.
