Becker woke up.

Connor was moaning in his sleep. Having a nightmare. Again.

He looked at the frown on his boyfriend's face. At the sweat on his forehead.

Then Connor suddenly woke up, sitting up and making an attempt to get out of bed.

Becker stopped him.

"Sshh," Becker soothed. "You're safe. There's nothing here. Just us."

Connor calmed down, snuggling up against his lover.

"What was it this time?" Becker wanted to know. "Raptors?…. Future predators?….. Stegosaurus?" Becker named more dinosaurs, glad he didn't falter whilst saying the difficult scientific names.

"No," Connor moaned. "Bloody badgers. It's bin day."

Nightmares are pretty scarey but considering their line of work, you wouldn't think a "bloody Badger" would be what terrified Connor. *g* This is just too, too cute and cuddles with Becker? Bonus!!
