“This is devastating! I don’t know what to do!” Jess was desperate. “Don’t smirk like that, Becker. A system failure and reboot is not funny!”
“How long will ebooting take?” Becker asked.
“Too long. The ADD is inoperative too in the meantime. It’s a total disaster!”
Jess started to walk back and forth.
“Is CCTV off too?”
“Yes, of course it is. We’re in the dark here!” Jess fumed .“Sorry, I didn’t mean to snap at you.“
“That’s okay. I know something that’ll distract you,” Becker said and he pulled her into the dark, intimate confines of the storeroom.
