It was icy cold on Christmas Day.

Stephen was covered up to his neck under the duvet.

He didn’t want to get up yet. It was so comfortably nice and warm in bed.

He hugged his pillow and sighed happily.

Although, he’d rather hug something warmer. Or even better: somebody.

Lucky for him, that somebody came into the bedroom.

“Oi! Get up, you lazy sod! It’s time to unwrap the presents. Just look at you! You’re wrapped up like a burrito!”

Stephen smiled mischievously and pulled the duvet even closer around him.

“Well, you have another present to unwrap then!”
