LOL, at least I feel justified about not investing myself in this show before knowing how the character turned out. I almost started watching this season in a burst of optimism but never got around to setting up the recording. I am so, so glad now!
Still. JM really needs to get a part in which he doesn't die and he isn't a crazy person! And it'd be super nice if he was in a show for more than 13 episodes! (I don't now how many he was technically on in Defiance, to be fair, but still. STILL.)
