“Just because you’re a copper, doesn’t mean your shooting skills are better than mine,” Becker smirked.

“Just because you were trained at Sandhurst, doesn’t mean you can beat me,” Danny answered resolutely.

They were standing next to each other at the shooting range.

“But I’m younger than you are. I have more stamina. I can manage more rounds!”

“Age has nothing to do with it, rookie. It’s experience that counts!”

Becker glanced at Danny.

They exchanged dirty looks.

They both grunted.

“The Mighty Quinn wins,” Danny groaned when his come spurted further than Becker’s, who came at the same time.
