After work Ryan cornered Stephen in the locker room.

Faces just inches away, he looked at the man intently.

“Supper. At my flat. Tonight,” Ryan ordered.

“Okay, sounds  good. You’re cooking?”

“Yes. Your choice. For starters: chicken soup or salad?”

“I don’t like to chicken out, so I’ll have the salad.”

“Main course. Faggots, Toad in the hole or bangers and mash?”

“The Toad in the hole sounds appealing. But I want bangers and mash.”

“For dessert. Spotted dick and custard or Bakewell tart?”

“Well, I love dick. A lot. But you know what they call me: Hart the Tart.”
